Clémence was made part of a new agency in the UK!
42, a new UK-based management and production company representing actors such as Michael Caine and Elementary star Jonny Lee Miller, has launched.
The firm will be run by Rory Aitken and Ben Pugh, who together have headed up London-based prodco Between The Eyes since 2005, alongside agents Josh Varney and Kate Buckley, who are exiting Independent Talent Group.
The new company will develop and produce film and television projects, as well as represent a roster of actors, writers and directors, while Between The Eyes will remain as a production label for certain titles, under the 42 banner.
Film projects include Welcome to the Punch, exec produced by Ridley Scott and starring James McAvoy, which is released in the UK and US in March, and Autobahn, which will be shot this year.
42′s actor roster also includes John Hurt, Rhys Ifans, Rupert Friend, Paul Bettany, Christopher Lee, Nicholas Hoult, Ben Drew, Clemence Poesy, Emily Mortimer and Jonathan Rhys Meyers. It will continue to share clients with Independent Talent Group.
Meanwhile, writers and directors represented by 42 include William Monahan (The Departed), Terry George (Hotel Rwanda), Noel Clarke (Adulthood) and Daniel Barber (Harry Brown).
